I think it would be very foolish for someone new and unknown to ask for deposits, although I'm sure some do. I would be inclined to think she's a scam. Certainly proceed with caution.
In addition she says her tattoos are edited out "for privacy" but she pretty much shows her face with only slight blurring. I'm pretty sure you could recognize her if you saw her on the street.
