What can I expect when going through the screening process with an agency? There is one that has the type of talent I'm interested in, just not sure how invasive they will be. I'd imagine for the most part they all screen the same way for 1st timers.

but I'll add some advice - never provide PII (Personally Identifying Information) to an Agency or Independent - just move on, there are other options.

Before, meaning 2-3 years ago, agencies did not request as much information as they do now.  I used to use Lotus Flower and was verified within an hour.  But, things have changed.  Many agencies require ID, etc.  That I will not do.  Sometime they even ask for more than just ID.  Worse case just ask and see what they require.  I still use one agency now and they never asked for ID.  Two references and I was good to go and was able to book the same day.

But, avoid any personal information because all that information is never really "deleted".

I'll consolidate what I know, what has been posted before, and what I have heard from colleagues who I trust.

1) Expect to be ignored. For example, for the time being just don't bother with D/S. Also, if you don't hear back, don't hound them. That is a sure way of not getting in.

2) If you do get an answer, they will want at minimum two  providers (verified), with whom you have visited in the past three to six months. To my knowledge the named agencies will want ID. Even one of the non K-Agencies wants ID now. A few years ago, you could say you would show your ID to the provider in person and that sufficed. I don't think that works anymore, but you can try and ask.

3) Every agency handles screening differently. There is also a Catch-22. It is easier to get into an agency if you're cleared already through another agency. Also, know that if you're cleared through one agency, doesn't mean you will clear through them all. I don't know for a fact, but I think they firewall themselves. So if one goes down, they don't all go down

4) Some independent asian girls will be a reference, and that helps. But also know, some have bad relationships with the agency as they have gone indy from an agency. Basically ask if they will be a reference, don't assume.

5) Keep an eye out for an open season. Every now and then on the advertising board for DC, you'll see an agency advertise one of their girls. This is open season to apply for membership. It happens maybe two or three times a year.

6) There are alternatives and many can be found on P411. They are usually more expensive and sometimes a lot more expensive, but the same K-girl service.

7) Be patient and keep trying. Just don't be a pest. You have to play the long game.

8) Once you are in do maintenance. See a girl every three to four months. I've heard from too many guys who didn't visit an agency girl for over a year, and subsequently lost their membership. All that work down the drain, and now they're having a hard time getting back-in, even after having been verified before.

9) Another, once you are in, be very careful of what you say to the booker. What you think is a playful or sophomoric comment can get you banned. Like, "she was great, I'm going to tell everybody" no bueno. Discretion is the word. ASK if it is ok to post a positive review instead.

Best of luck.

then when you contact them they should explain it to you. If they don't you might consider not pursuing any services from them them.

I've only gone the indy route since that post, never dealt with an agency.

Thanks to those who commented, I've heard the process was different and more intrusive and drawn out with the agencies, I have my eyes on two of the popular latina ones, I'll see how it goes.

I can tell you that one of the Latina agencies I got in with required a picture of my photo I.D.
And many will beat the hell out of me for giving up that info, but i don't work in a security clearance job, am not married, and simply....didnt know any fucking better at the time!
And the girl was just too fucking hot for me to gather any semblance of common sense at the time.

I did that once too.  This Columbian woman had the best curves I’d even seen (and the agency pictures were very revealing and showed her in primal poses).  So my lust meter was off the charts... and I broke my rule of never giving personal info.  I never did it again after that either.  A dark-haired Latina lovely who spoke almost no english, sweet as can be though.  The most delicious perfect natural breasts and figure... ah the memories.  Never really tempted to break my rule after that... but she was a risk worth taking for a one-time event.
