I don't know this girl in particular, but can say that the phone number indicates a kind of agency or a local girl who brings in some of her friends. So probably not a ripoff.

As for the pictures, my sense is that they look like stock photos because they appear a bit too professional. A number of the Asian groups do this and try to find some pictures approximately like the girl in the absence of real pics.

Again, I don't know this group and not alleging anything bad. I'm just explaining what is common practice in the industry.
