Friends, I am a newbie (had my first session with recently...look for a most favorable review shortly). I need your feedback regarding a LE question I was pondering.

Question: If you find a provider that doesnt have TER reviews and only does incalls; what precautions do you take to ensure there are no LE problems (other than not going)?

Are there things you can (should) do or the provider can (should) do to ensure no LE problems?

Thanks!

ladies that have reviews.  There are plenty of well reviewed ladies out there to choose from. Why would you even consider an unknown?

I was about to say "hey, even well-reviewed providers started out with zero reviews" but then I realized your answer was geared towards the newbie who hasn't yet developed a feel for this hobby.  So let me instead say, "great response!"

Friends, thank you, the message was recieved loud and clear. It would be helpful to post this on the newbie board. I'm sure others have the same question.

Well, if you really want to TOFTT and are worried about LE. There's one trick I learned from my lawyer about figuring out whether you are dealing with LE. Ask the person in question whether they would be interested in doing "nude modeling" for your art project.

LE usually has to get you, specifically, soliciting for sexual activities. It's a part of the law in every state. Soliciting for nude modeling is totally legal. If the person in question presses you for sexual activities and seems to have no interest in doing LE, more than likely you are dealing with LE.

I mean, what provider wouldn't be interested in doing nude modeling for you at their given rate?

When I was single, I was more than willing to TOFTT.  An LE issue really wouldn't have been that big of a deal and I was always up for an adventure.  Now that I am married, there is no way I would TOFTT.  If getting busted would be a huge issue, stick to well reviewed providers.

First of all no one solicits anything.  The customer leaves an envelope and goes to the bathroom while the provider checks to see if everything is ok.  You just have to assume the provider is going to give you a good time.  Any discussion puts you both in greater jeopardy.

Ever with that said LE can arrest you anytime for any reason and an arrest is an arrest is an arrest, even if there is no conviction.  As we have seen recently the names get published online before any court hearings. Say goodbye to security clearance, marriage, respect in community, etc.

The bottom line is I NEVER go with ANYONE who doesn't have pages of reviews.  BTW online porn has saved me a ton of cash and kept me out of trouble.

i have to aggre with this teet_lover, you are on point on this matter. there are many towns i pass through that are not letting you leave if you show up; even if you say nothing and the case will get dismissed latter.

but NEVER talk about anything, there is NOTHING that really needs to be discussed, and i would kick you out my place (if you could even get my verification completed), at once if you attempted to discuss anything with me BEFORE hand. i thank lots of providers have similar mindset/ rules.

well reviewed providers only, ESPECIALLY when your new and don't know what to do and not to do yet!

You reap the benefits of those who are first to review and all others that follow who write reviews.

Without others taking the risk you would have nothing.

Speaking of nothing, that's what you have, not 1 review, why is that? If everyone was like you, there would be no reviews for you to use.

Years ago, when I was a paying member here, I wrote a number of reviews but only a couple got online. I liked to write explicitly about sexual acts and TER didn't like that. So it wasn't as fun to write a review.  Since then I only pay for sex a few times a year and I can easily find girls who have long track records so my 2 cents isn't worth anything.  All my experiences have been good the last 2-3 years.  Years ago, before online ads, I was ripped off but not with TER.

The real shitty thing though, about submitting a form like yours Jasmine, is that you still remain anonymous while the guy has to dish out all the info. I personally have had to pass on a lot of nice girls I'd like to see because I refuse to give out all that info. Some providers and/or agencies say they'll take TER reviews and white-listings, but recently I had one that still asked for my info. Why?? If I've reviewed 20 girls, been white-listed (only once, not sure why girls don't do that for the guys more), isn't that a pretty good indicator of non-LE? By the way, I did pass on that agency that still wanted my info. Too bad, I was dying to see the girl!
