I met a lady last year Sept, a total Hot, rocking GFE packge.  I was attracted to her because she said she was 19 and her ad at the time had her as 19.  I see now, she has a new ad and a new agency, and she has aged 3 years  -she is now 22.  I met another lady recently who is 18, yet she was told by her agency to say she was 19.  What??  I recommend PYT (18 to 18.5), coed (18.5-24), twenty-something (25-29), 30ish (30-36) and MILF (37 to whatever) as the age descriptions to avoid routinely changing ads or misleading about your age. Us guys can use boy-toy (18-18.5), young adult (19-25), prime (26-40), middle aged (41-55) and grandpa (56-whatever).  (LOL)

I have known a few agency girls who also are where young (18-20) who were told by their agency to be older. I think some guys tend to go after the older women because of the more experience. Also the guys that hobby are usually older themselves.
