Chloe gets consistently solid reviews and I can personally testify that you will not be disappointed. A good provider is hard to find.

Chloe has been getting a lot of flack lately for not being as responsive as people would like (folks don't seem to think that a provider may be a little busy providing rather than answering phones). I got a feeling that you will be more succesful than most if she meets you in the Fred (her home base) versus her usual NOVA incall place. The plus is that she will discount your appointment which mean it will be less than the usual $$++. Just being Chloe makes it worth the 45 minutes to get there.

Be patient and specify that you want to meet her in the Fred.

I am also available in the Fredericksburg area on and off through out the weeks. So if anybody is willing to make the trip out here I do drop my rates and I also pay for hotel expenses, the days that Iam available in fredericksburg do vary because I do head up towards D.C. 2-3 times a week.
