After a long break in the hobby due to Covid, I'm planning to jump back in. Reviews suggest that many of the ladies at Discreet Tempus and other PVs offer BBBJ and sometimes even FS for an extra donation, but don't say the cost of those extras. Can any of you give me any guidance on the amount of those upcharges? Feel free to post or PM me. Thanks.

I'll let others fill in more details, but my understanding is that extras can be had at some places, depending on the girl.  Both Discreet Tempus and Secret Temptations may offer extras at the greatest frequency.  Bluegems does to some degree.  Eden Models doesn't offer much extra.  Prices vary a lot.  Some women will offer BBBJ for free or for a modest tip ($50-80).  Some will ask $300 for CFS, while others will do it for $100 or so.  Keep in mind that the house fee is $120-140 for 30 minutes and $200-220 for 60 minutes.  Tips for extra services are in addition to the house fee.
