All good in DC for personal use...although inconsiderate people got zipcars in DC smelling like weed though (not cool when you driving into MD or VA...or need to smell professional). But When they gonna sell it store easy access like booze though so you ain't got people in ya biz, or have to be sketchy to find a dealer?
