Hi all, I've yet to visit a provider.  I have read many reviews and made a list of several I'd like to see.  But I also like to get some recommendations of D.C. providers if I may from the more seasoned hobbyists.    To narrow it down, I'm particularly interested in starting with a blonde or redhead that is younger (mainly in her 20s).

So, who should I see first?

It sure would help if we knew a little something about who you're looking at, and why you're looking at them.  Is there anything specific that you're looking for -- tall girls, slender ones, ones who give great head, spinners, fetish-friendly?  Are there any geographic limits (DC only, or Maryland, or northern Virginia)?  Would you go to Frederick, or BWI?  Do you want incall, or outcall?  

There's quite the selection around here, and it's tough to narrow down the choices.

Robin is one of the best but she is very hard to reach, so try for her with a viable plan B.  Kelly is a one pop shot, according to reviews, so if you are like me with your first time it will be over soon!  Kellie is reportedly also hard to reach, but from her reviews she gives awesome head.  May also be one and done though.  Melody does look fake.

I've only seen Robin and she was great but good luck getting ahold of her.  Candie, not listed by you, is also a GREAT choice.  She does not have pics up now but as far as I know is still in the biz and is awesome.  Definitely meets your criteria.  Check my reviews for her address -- and good luck.

Some good choices...
Kellie works out of hotels in the Tysons area...she is very hot, beautiful big natural breasts, loves to DFK and her BBBJ is always CIM...to cups if you like.  Her pics are real..she is that young an hot!  Hard, hard to reach.
Kelly/Jenna not a good choice.  Her oral skills are evolving and NO DFK!
Try Carmen for DFK and excellent BBBJTC but no CIM.
