I run a pretty successful agency in DC. Lately though, something really has been bothering me though. Whenever I get new girls, and I book them with their first set of clients, a lot of them come to me and tell me that clients have been saying things about me that doesn't really put me in the best of light. It seems to be happening more and more lately. Clients will hear one thing from someone who used to work for me in the past, then feel the need to "warn" each new girl to "watch out for me." Former disgruntle providers will lie and embelish the truth in order to manipulate you into believing whatever they want you to believe.

Now my problem with this is, believe it or not, an agency has to work very hard to get a new girl to trust them enough to put their faith in that agency. The last thing an agency needs is someone filling the new provider's head with things that may cause her to lose whatever trust she may have had in that agency. Yet the so-called client expects that agency to constantly continue to bring in new talent that will be up to par with their expectations. But how can I do that when you're constantly scaring off all the girls? I have personally never met any of my clients face to face, therefor non of them really know me enough to know whether or not i'm a good or a bad person. My request is, if you are going to use an agency, please allow each provider to form their own unbiased opinion about that agency. If you don't like how that agency is run, then just don't use them. Either that or please just keep your opinions to yourself. I understand that when you are intimate with someone, sometimes theres the natural urge to want to try to protect them from harm. But theres no need for the he-say/she-say.

...When all any provider or client should really be doing is fucking each other or preparing to fuck each other again or cooing sweet nothings.

Too many people are interested in bringing the hobby subculture, including hearsay about owners, services, other providers, other clients etc. into the bedroom.

Providers should learn to diffuse it by changing the subject or occupying the client's mouth otherwise.

there are only a few good agencies around here and most of the others have some sort of horror story or another.

there is always two side of a story and the fact that you used this BS posting to "vent" out shows you have a guilty mind.

Great thing about TER is that most guys who are known here are honest and will say it the way they see it. These are guys with less than 100 and more than 10 or 15 reviews (to give you a hint).  So when they say something good or bad about a provider or an agency either in public or in BC, others listen.

my suggestion is to look within to correct the problem

I doubt many hobbyists (unless they are also providers on the side, ha-ha) can really know exactly how an agency treats the girls it represents.

While many, maybe most, guys who frequent escorts understand it is business and just enjoy it for that, anyone who reads these forums regularly runs across posts from guys who just don't get it. On the first visit they ask for her real name, her personal cell #, if she'll see them off clock and, while they're at it, warn them about other guys/other gilrs/agency owners, etc that just won;t treat them right like they will. I guess they think that will endear them to the lady.

Comes with the business -- nothing you can do about it.

If there is a problem going on within an agency, it should be handled internally. Please do not take it upon yourself to spread uneccassary things around.

my suggestion to you would be that.don,t allow those people to see your new girls for about a week, and try to from a friendship with your new girls to show them that you will treat them better than anyone they ever encountered in thier life.you see trust is the key word.take it easy on the new girls for few weeks, before she works fulltime.just my 2 cents.

I agree I feel bad for anyone who has to say anything about someone they haven't even met. With the agency I ahve always dealt with I have heard things in the past about certain things but none of us no how true any of it is. If a woman I speak with says something about the owner of the agency I let it go in one ear and out the other. We all hear things but I advise the old policy nothing nice to say don't say it at all. And hope your post here can help stop it and vent away we all need it sometimes
