Anyone have any experience with them?
I've been a satisfied customer - REAL satisfied. Until tonight....
But....I am 650 miles from DC with family when I received a text earlier this week that top talent was back home in DC. I replied I was out of town and the snow storm might keep me from getting back. I left it at that and did NOT book an appt.
Tonight, still out of town due to the storm mess, I got a text from "Chloe" accusing me of being a flake and telling me that "There will be a significant premium added on to the next booking with us to account for it if you aren't seeing her."
When I objected to the text she replied that I misled them and that "We're the only ones bringing top shelf taken to dc and we don't appreciate the disregard. You actually stated u were returning to dc earlier this week."
Earlier this week with her original texts she complained that the "market" was brutal and of the 16 markets they toured in, DC was really bad.
Ok, so, I did NOT book an appt -- I was straight honest when I said I was out of town and would contact them if I could get back -- and they send me a rude text and accused me of being a "flake".
They charge high prices for top talent -- like 3500 bucks for 2 hours. Ok, but this is no way to treat a good client.
I'm disappointed and don't like being slammed when I'm out of town and didn't even book an appt. Is business in DC this bad?
Anyone have a similar experience?
