I have yet to experience better oral skills than Lady Nurse and she has an awesome personality too. Been seeing her regularly for quite some time. Highly recommended, but do not push for FS or try to control the action. You will be glad you let her run the show. She lost a gang of weight too and looks better every time I see her.

I'll throw in my two cents and recommend Lady Nurse.  I met her for the first time a few weeks ago and was extremely satisfied.
