The reviewer clearly meant to review the Olivia that tours occasionally with Tyson Girls as he references TGX in his review. He also mentions the Olivia he saw as shorter, stout, MILFY and that is not Olivia Hughes.
Why do you say that he clearly meant to review Olivia (who is an indie but works with TG when she comes down here)??? TG Olivia (also known as Olivia Elway) is far from stout and MILFY. It's obvious you never met her. She's young and is really into yoga and takes care of her body which is amazing.
Not sure what the function of Problem Reports is when you submit one which details all of the relevant problems with a particular review and then it takes a full day for a response that then tells you to send to customer service. If it becomes this difficult to deal with a problem then no one will attempt to correct anything here so what is the point?
Basically, the latest review for Olivia Hughes is not correct. I messaged the reviewer to let him know, sent a problem report and now sent another one to customer service but the review is still there. The reviewer clearly meant to review the Olivia that tours occasionally with Tyson Girls as he references TGX in his review. He also mentions the Olivia he saw as shorter, stout, MILFY and that is not Olivia Hughes. I have seen Olivia Hughes and she is young, maybe one of the younger providers I have seen in Tysons, and she is super lean and lanky. Anyway, not white knighting here but this is clearly an error but no one seems to care

Problem reports are for immediately obvious issues that require very little effort or additional clarification/research to validate. (Or at least that is how it used to be and what I've been told by the admins in the past).
If there is some back and forth, or potential need for followups or requests for clarifications then you'll be asked to use the Contact Us link.
I'm not sure what you think was incorrect in the other review (and yes, I can agree that you might have had both a different experience or even seen a different person) but that is not a simple problem report situation.
I saw that the reviewer was reviewing Olivia from TGX and linked it to independent Olivia Hughes. I ran into the same problem - reported a problem report with a reply from TER to contact Customer support. Just copied and pasted my original info from the problem report and sent it to Support. Received a response back today that it was taken care of.
Seems to me the Problem Report could/should just be forwarded by TER to their Support.
