Well, rule three makes it very specific...

"3. Photo must represent the theme (outfit in red, white, pink, rose petals or sweethearts candies on floor/bed, flowers or chocolates in the picture, a romantic dinner setting - get the idea?) "

 
I don't think anyone likes that the photo theme days was removed.  
So far only 6 cities have V-day threads posted for photos.
