It would be nice to have a list of providers located downtown DC, or within 10 minutes of downtown like Bethesda or Rossyln. It’s a pain for me to get to Tysons since I work downtown and live in Maryland. Sometimes touring girls are in DuPont but any others downtown? All I know is Blue Ocean but I’m not a huge fan of these Japanese girls. Then there is Nicole for massage. Sometimes Chocolate City Models has girls in DuPont. Help me make a list.
Well, Bethesda is on my way home from downtown, so basically I’m looking for more DC options as there were years ago around Dupont or anything on redline to Shady Grove.
Bethesda is about 15 minutes from downtown on metro. Going to Tysons can be a pain since it usually involves an Uber there and then home because I like to drink wine on date. Anyway, I think a list of downtown DC providers is in order. There used to good options and agencies would be there, but no more.
There's plenty in DC, it's just tough to tell because the ads say DC but they mean Tysons.
Many touring providers stay half their trip in Tysons and half in Dupont, there's one hotel in particular in dupont I find myself visiting frequently. OP: do your homework, any list that's made will be out of date as soon as it's written.
It seems odd few come downtown DC and then everyone pile into Tysons. Seems like crowded market.
I smell a niche and have advised some ladies/agencies to come downtown, at least a little. Or to Maryland. I know downtown has been dead in general beyond the hobby but if I were a business lady/man then I’d go where there is scarcity not where everyone goes. Meanwhile there isn’t anything from Potomac to Silver Spring in Maryland, in Montgomery County, which is one of wealthiest places in US, so doesn’t make much sense to me. And it’s not because of vice police since that is more for massage places not stinging some hotel room/ Excuse the rant but Tysons kind of sucks, pain in ass to drive there and yet every lady goes there. I don’t get it.
I don't find Tysons a pain at all. If I schedule a 10am appointment it's a 30 minute drive. If I drive just about anywhere in DC it's usuallyb30 minutes. Plus parking hassles.
Moco is rare because the authorities don't tolerate it. The occasional touring independent doesn't matter, but if they saw the volume that's out in Tysons they'd crack down.
Tyson's has replaced Downtown DC for certain. People have mentioned parking. I suppose the hotel rates have something to do with it as well, and I wouldn't rule out DC's ever increasing crime rate. Dupont Circle and NW options just aren't what they used to be.
I don't know if I can agree with this. Ive seen some top tier providers in DC recently. Anna Ames and Mila Amira both hosted in DC in the past month. There are plenty more I didn't get a chance to see and they were all hosting downtown. I think you just have to look on a few other resources or the price point is out of your range.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, downtown has become significantly less pleasant to visit. A huge amount of on-street parking disappeared and driving became more time consuming with bike lanes and other uses of the streets crowding out both traffic and parking. The garages are filling up more than they used to and anyway will cost about $20 even if you are there for only an hour. Meanwhile, Metrorail still isn't fully back.
I avoid DC as much as possible. Parking there has always sucked, and the parking enforcement henchmen have never let up. If I have to take a trip into the mouth of the lion, I ride the subway to avoid driving in. Tysons has a lot to recommend it: Good parking and a number of good hotels to choose from. Traffic getting in is not too bad if you can avoid the year round rush hour mob and the after Thanksgiving to December 25 shoppers.
Enforcement is real in Montgomery County in spite of it being one of the most socially liberal jurisdictions in the country. And they do make arrests for conventional agencies and independents (I know some personally). A discreet independent can get by from what I understand No scenes in public spaces, low volume, and not dressing in anything resembling hooker chic (one independent described her working clothes when in Montgomery as "young lawyer casual" On top of that, they few who do work in the county tend to have incall locations well outside the Beltway (e.g., Gaithersburg). Running an AMP may be riskier but anyone other than a complete independent is at some elevated risk just because of the jurisdiction.
