Saw this rating on a provider this morning:

Rating 8.16 (Looks 7.07 / Performance 7.67)

Is it possible to have an overall of "8+" when the other two are in the 7's?

I don't think I have ever seen this before.

File a problem report with Admin and get 2 free VIP days.

I think they are doing some metric on calculating the more recent scores.  Seems fair if that is what they are doing.  

I noticed the same thing on Diamond's review and sent them a question about it since it didn't make sense.
