A few ladies tour the area on occasion. In fact I think a couple DC faves have made trips to OBX for fun & biz.

Post this  inquiry on the Carolina board. Maybe word it a little differntly , like
" Would any ladies like to hook up in the OBX?"

I think Wilimington might be the closest city [town] that has a few well known Providers

Drive time from Wilmington is 4-5 hrs. depending on where in OBX you are; the ferry takes just as long. OP might have better luck inquiring in Norfolk/Hampton Roads/VA Beach and see if someone there is willing to make the 2-3 hr trek.  

There may be a handful of BP postings, but nothing I could vouch for. If you're lucky you might catch a legit provider on her OBX vacation, but for the most part there's no action there.
