I'm on my way in to the gym right now and I'm so glad I glanced at the discussion board first, on a whim! Time to get sexxxyyyyyyy!!!! :)

You guys should keep in mind that she doesn't look as ripped all the time. You look more pumped up right after a workout for example, and competitors lean down right before competitions, but don't stay at such an extreme all the time. It isn't healthy to have such little body fat year round. Yoga and swimming are lame and boring as far as I'm concerned though. I like lifting weights, I like working out with the guys, and I want to see how far I can take it. (Without drugs) People compete in all sorts of activities. And there are all different categories of fitness competitions. Doesn't automatically mean that you're trying to look like Arnold. Not my goal at all. And ultimately to each their own, right?

I'm not sure that time in the gym will help ME in that regard, but I too am trying.   :)

....I can greatly appreciate a fit body and god knows I could use plenty of gym visits lol but that just dried my vagina right up. That's too much.......I don't even like that much "ripped-ness" (I know that's not a word lol) on a man......definitely not on a woman. If her face was blurred (or just looking neck down) and she had no boobs or booty shorts i'd think that was a cut/jacked up guy's body.
