I'm more of a lurker on these boards and always enjoy reading everyone's input. TER has been great to me and hope my reviews have helped certain hobbyists and/or providers. I've been fortunate to have enjoyed many great providers and a great civvie personal life, but I've met a woman that I am ready to settle with. It's about fucking time! hahaha

....I've attempted quitting cold turkey before myself and it did not work.  Then I tried just doing the FBSM thing to help scratch that itch and that did not work.  Why?  One of the reasons is I was lurking, hence seeing all the sexy Ads; reading some sexy reviews; reading some sexy posts/threads; eventually this produces the "itch" again.

Most hobbyist do it for the variety and ease of it.  So while, for the first 6 mos or so you'll be in "ooohhh baby baby" mode with your new lady the consistency of the same botty, the same postions, that fact that you two will become more comfortable with each other as each day passes your big AND little head will start questioning you on..."Damn, aint it time for some new scenery?"

So lurking may not help you as you will continue to feed your brain "Hobbyiest food" against the basckdrop of you being in a situation to have to fck the same girl every night......

I've never received love from a regular woman (or civvie as they are referred to in this hobby).  I don't even  know what it feels to be in a loving relationship, or being loved back. I vividly remember that I was 10 yrs old when I first felt attracted towards a girl. She had no feelings for me whatsoever. I was just a kid then, but it hurt....it hurt real bad. I've been on a losing streak since then.

If I ever find a woman who wants to have a relationship with me, I would certainly consider taking a break from hobbying...It would be nice to have sex with someone other than a provider. My only experience of  having sex with someone else other than a provider are 1) A divorced lonely lady in her late 40s whom I met on internet and lost virginity to in 2000 and 2) A married woman who was cheating on her husband, who after having sex with me kicked me out of her apartment on a bone chilling November night.

As sad as my story sounds, its actually not. I am very happy hobbying...Getting my dick sucked by different women and eating their pussy feels real good. Nothing beats scent of a freshly showered lady...especially when you are having sex with her for the very first time.....

Second, in response to pepperoni, I feel that hobbying has its purpose and fills a void that a normal loving relationship can't sometimes give.... and vice versa. As you prolly know, each has its advantages and disadvantages, hence the reason why married men and men with girlfriends end up hobbying too.

On the other hand, it's always nice to go to bed with a girl in your arms and wake up together, then making out even when one of us has a dragon breath. Definitely not the idealized fantasy that a provider with a GFE creates because it is reality... Maybe some good ones are good at creating a better illusion but for the most part it's different. If I wasn't such a horny whore-mongering drunk who can't keep his dick in his pants, I'd probably choose the loving caring relationship though.  Falling in love can be the best feeling one can ever have, kinda corny... yes... but true.  I think falling out of love caused a lot of trouble for me at one point so that's the extent of emotional toll... or happiness it can bring.  

But then again, same can be said of the hobby... hence the reason why all of us are here.

I do crave for real relationship every now and again, and would like to have at least one before its too late. I am still in my thirties and I have plenty of time. You can be YOU and still get all the pussy you want. All my married friends have lost their identity in a way. One of my good friends barely gets chance to watch football, because he is too busy pleasing his wife so she will have sex with him at night.

Sex may be fulfilling with a girlfriend or wife, but life as a sum total of all the small pleasures is sometimes more fulfilling as a single horny womanizer.

A couple of years back, I thought I found the right girl. I quit hobbying for a couple of years thinking I might want to start a family with this girl. In doing so, I was saving money and such. Hobbying was there only to fill the void of getting laid. Even now, with my current SO, I do hobby. However, if you find the right girl, and if you want to settle down, then you will set your priorities first.
