Wow! How things change in 12 hours .. Here I was ranting about communication failure with her while using the TER PM and 12 hours later, somehow we emailed each other and scheduled an appointment. All I can say is - mind blowing!!!

Came very, very close to calling her yesterday morning when another well-reviewed provider flaked out on me (NCNS).  Pulled up her number and Jezebels, calculating odds either would see me on short notice.  Now I regret it even more - no doubt I missed out on spending time with a very special lady.  Next time....
