The mods here (on the DC board anyway) are pretty on top of things so I find your claim a little dubious!

I for one would be hesitant to care what you have to say if what the mod posted is indeed what your post was about!

hey guys , wondering why my posts are never ever put up? I see people typing some nasty things about other's but my simple posts cannot be posted???

Was going to become a premium member but not at a place where I can't post. Hopefully there's no favorite playing going on just because I'm new or something.

You were saved from yourself. The post that was denied, was both troublesome and negative. You are a new and non paying member and then to start throwing around an opinion about how providers should have "impeccable records" is just ridiculous. And your opinion of how much a provider charges and how she should not have any NCNS is also ridiculous, borderline moronic.

Things happen in the real world, appts. get broken. It has nothing to do with how much a provider charges.  

In hindsight I think you are correct. We are playing favorites. Our jobs are to protect the board from mindless threads such as the one you tried to post, and to keep the board drama free and unobstructed with the type of crap you wish to post here.

You should be saying thank you instead of leveling accusations. Your ass would have been torn apart from the ladies had they read that.

I think we all get moderated when we first join.  I remember it use to take two or three days to see my posts back in 2003 until I was taken off "probation".  It took about a month for me.  Don't fret, once the alpha dog determines you are not a threat, you'll be free to roam the yard.

I closed the thread in question and you blatantly came behind me and posted your comments.  What part of "This Thread Is now Closed No more post" do you not understand.
Furthermore you have posted maybe a dozen threads in the last 3000 days. Tell me for my own edification how many post have you been denied.

I have read some threads on the General Discussion Board that would make a Marine blush. I'm assuming the people who get away with the abusive comments and name calling are the premium members and these posts remain.

There's been a lot of negativity on these boards yet those people keep posting... I should have 20 posts by now but for some reason they just aren't getting posted. Someone told someone to quote "STFU EOE" , and you posted that message???? And I have been a paying a customer before.

And if you're saying my post wasn't allowed to be posted I wanna know what happened to the other 20 you guys never posted before.

Nah I've been here for awhile. I noticed some people are allowed to pile on but not some people , which is fine. I assume they're all paying members because if I paid and didn't have my posts put up I'd be pretty upset.

And fugly I never saw you closed that thread , how would it let me post if you closed it...? I just don't get it. Why would I want to post on a locked thread, just doesn't make sense. And seriously if providers don't post ncns why should anyone who isn't post one? Just saying you guys need to take it easy , this is one of my favorite sites and to the sheer animosity between some is disheartening.

You have had one post denied on this board since 2/27 and it was the one in the thread I closed. That is as far back as I've researched it.  If you are referring to other boards that are moderated by someone else, I have no control of those boards .
I'm pretty easy going and will allow open free debate from both sides even if it gets heated. If it becomes personal then I'll step and close it. There are a few things I'm not flexible on at all. One outing of persons whether intentional or not. That includes links that contain personal names. Second negative comments in a providers ad. You can start a new thread on the subject but cant shit in her thread. Three If I close a thread it is closed. I usually discuss it with another mod such as funtimes61 before I shut one down. Fourth discussion of banned or delisted persons or agencies.
Trust me you are not being singled out or picked on.

I have posted more but maybe it was you were on vacay a few months back , I think that was you. Maybe my old posts were not approved by the moderator filling in for you and you couldn't see back farther past that , which is understandable. Again , I like TER but I just noticed like NONE of my posts were going through and I know most of them were not putting anyone down or calling anyone out , I think all I usually post is a suggestion or some info. but I can't find any posts besides the one that finally got through today.  Anyways , thanks again Fug. All I ask is that I'm treated like others when it comes to posting suggestions , help , or even criticism like everyone else here does. Again... this is my first post ever , and I really didn't want to have be about this but that's what happened lol.

pay for membership (his choice) but also doesn't seem to want to take advice from a couple of mods on how to get posts approved (like change the tone & content as recommended) and doesn't understand why this isn't OK with everyone.  I think we've wasted enough column-inches on this guy and suggest to the mods that they shut this thread down since the OP isn't willing to listen to any of you and the rest is just pointless.

Quite honestly, if I had my way, hobbyist w/no reviews wouldn't be allowed to post unless they REALY contribute to TER w/their Reviews, at least 1 every 6 months.
