I've been hobbying for a couple years now, but I still consider myself a bit of a 'newb' at it all. Originally I used both indys and agencies, but lately I've kind of settled in with one agency because of superb service.

I have to ask all those greater in the know, am I at greater risk (LE) with an agency than with indys?

I've heard that it's safer to go with indys because there's less chance of information leaks. I like the fact that there's a greater variety with an agency, and since my time isn't always flexible it's easier to schedule a companion, but I'm getting worried about the "what ifs". Any help?

You're ALWAYS playing a dangerous game....regardless of whether you go indy or agency.  

In my opinion, if you've elected to invest in this hobby, you're probably past worrying about LE.

it comes down to the induvidual practices of the indy or the agency. If the police seize computers or cell phones they can pull information off of them whether it's from an indy or agency. Unless the women are trafficed agaist their wills or are under aged it's unlikely that LE will pursue hobbiests. And even then they will only press them for testimony
