A firm believer in that the more you bring to the bedroom, the more you get in return (well, on average and in the long run), I recently came across this Vivid instructional video, A Guide To Handjobs For Men and Women. a. I have learned on the job. Just paid attention to what you men like. Hey it is not that difficult. After your first 100 or so, you get the idea.
  aa. I still learn.
  ab. Nah, you’ve seen your first 5 (20? 100?), you’ve seen them all. Wake me up in the middle of the night, I’ll do the hour, and get a 9/9.
b. From a mentor provider friend.
c. From porn.
d. We providers have special courses, seminars and workshops, all closed to the public.  
e. I am a natural and never needed to learn.  
f. Other (please explain ).

Know the video you're talking about and others.

We have a comprehensive training program ( no crude jokes please). They get "level one" class room when the come through the door, "level two" after six months and then "level three" after a year or more.

Level two and especially level three deal primarily with  the Neuro-linguistic aspects of human function and the psychology of what we do.

Physical technique mastery is fine for some however in our business and personal model it is only one dimensional. To me true Mastery is a multi-dimensional process of mind, spirit and body.

I've had many an interview where an applicant was focused on only the physical, how much they could make and incapable of understanding it's MORE than that. Those women were all referred to other agencies in the area.  Some of those same ladies I see their photos on this board with other agencies. Last year only 1.6 percent of all applicants were invited to orientation class. We get approximately 25 to 30 applications a month. I'm only willing to work with specific personality types and the same goes for clients as well.

... Thanks for the insight. Yes indeed. Just physically, I still give myself the best orgasm... But we go to escorts for much more than that.

On the other hand, thinking about it - sure, I always thought that agencies must be giving some psychological, people skills or whatever you may call it, coaching to their girls. So yes, a good point - but I did mean just the raw physical skill: HJ, BJ, faking an orgasm maybe... Just THAT part of how-to-make-him-want-to-come-again.
