When the phone number is changed or disconnected as it is here, you can bet the provider has moved on. Sometimes they leave without saying goodbye. It would be consistent with her behavior. Years ago she left me hanging in Dupont Circle after booking time with her.

I've seen providers jump back into the game after dropping out for some time. It may happen here. I suggest you move on and look for another provider. You might surprise yourself and find someone as good or better.
