No. I hear this every year, and can't seem to find evidence of it.  I have been hobbying in MC for a long time, Rockville and Bethesda.  Stick to well reviwed providers and agencies , and you should be OK.
If it looks to good to be true it probably is

I've stopped playing in MoCo since early this year. Most the busts have been CL types. But there has been a handful that aren't.

In MoCo (or Monkey County as it is not so affectionately called) there are a bunch of effete snobs who think their poop don't stink. Their motto: Do as I command, not as I do. I avoid it for almost any reason, especially this one.

There is more LE activity in Montgomery County.  Other counties do not commit as much LE resources.
