Because I got back in town late.. She (scheduler)call me today to see if I still wanted to see Alice. I had to say no because I had another appointment..Little agressive to me..Sorry to hear that happen to you.

Alice has had 7 no shows this week...we have to do something to put an end to all these no show-no calls to cancel.


Also after you make an appointment we have you call 1 hour before the appointment to find out what hotel to go too we don't have clients call to confirm.

Jeo, I know you're the man around here (I even PMed for advice before), but come on, is it not common courtesy to cancel or confirm either way? As a newbie, I always paranoid about being blacklist or having my person info released, so I always to confirm or cancel in advance.

BTW, I have never been with SFE.

your damned if you don't situation.  If you don't call to confirm or cancel, and she cancelled your appointment, you call a bit before what you thought was a done deal, she says, uh, you didn't call to confirm so we booked that time. Or she holds the time anyway, knowing that you have showed up for all your other appointments, but you don't show...

You know very well that you should have called, now get your butt up in the air so I can spank you!

Jeop, you know damn well if you decide to cancel, you need to call.  For whatever reason you chose to not call and cancel was your choice.  Being blacklisted was not inappropriate and the fact that SFE said they'd fix it was simply the proper business decision to make towards a regular client.

But you made the appointment.  A 1 minute phone call to cancel was not really going to ruin your day.

I know you'll argue because you think 200+ reviews give you some special priority, but thats ok.  Common courtesy is simple enough. You didn't bother and then flamed SFE for their reaction.

been away so i just saw this thread. usually when a thread gets on the second page it just fades away, but i wanted to get my 2 cents in.

when i wanted to see jenna from WOE last year and got the appointment in advance. if i didn't call to confirm, i would've expected nothing, but i called that day to confirm, drove to the hotel and had my appt cancelled, and they gave my appt to a more regular customer.  i decided to blackball WOE and jeop was first to lead the parade of how great WOE is.

i saw alice last week and had a good time. SFE treats me great. hope they send more girls up here to DC (Sara looks good).

i blackballed WOE even though they offered a discount. is it really blackballing if you're on the blacklist anyway? if you want preferential treatment, just stick with WOE, i'm sure they'll cancel someone else's appointment for you.
