Whats the most embarassing moment you've ever had in an appointment?

Figure a bunch of us in the hobby have embarassed ourselves while in the company of a lady so figured it would be fun to start a thread to see what folks are willing to share...

Post as your self of under an alias.... It can be something that embarrased her or yourself but please do not mention any names as to who (besides yourself) may have been involved!

I'll go first:

I was meeting a lady for the first time and we started with a massage... She had a massage table and I was expecting a rub and tug but little did I know that she offered FS and things were progressing pretty well and she started a BBJ... then she moved her way up my stomach to my chest, and finally to DFK... After a couple seconds of DFK I let out a horendous belch after having eaten Tunafish for lunch... Needless to say it was a mood killer and her reaction was rather extreme but in all honesty I try to find the humor in everything... So after some momentary embarassment we proceeded but... without any further DFK! (understandably so)!
