For Independent providers. Start here, recent reviews and the ad boards usually show dates and locations in the subject line. P411 and Eros both have an option to show girls available now. Back page is another option as long as you research the ad and make sure she is reviewed here.
For agencies, I have no clue. Someone else may chime in with that info. Great time of year to be in DC.
