Running Microsoft based software at an enterprise level and have it up and functioning 98% of the time is a bit of a feat. A site such is this is not easy. {Practically every unix geek is laughing at my inside joke right now.}
I would suggest we remember all the times we've accessed and it performed flawlessly.
For me, sometimes the load up page takes literally about one minute to load. It makes viewing threads, looking at new reviews, and searching for reviews that much more difficult. It feels like dial up internet access all over again, which is very inefficient.
Dial up is actually faster and more efficient. Not being tech savvy I have no idea why. All i know is I have probs logging in...staying logged in and the site, as others observered is painfully slow on wireless.

It is frustrating but maybe a little patience is in order. I have been with ter for years and the systems have been basiclly glitch free to the point where I have taken them for granted. I would although appreciate an explanation for the issues and or some kind estimate of when they expect the issue to be resolved. A little communication can go a long way.
