A guy who swears his intention was to help, even though I never asked for help to begin with, INSISTED I meet his friend to work with me. Normally I wont work with girls from out of town but he INSISTED we meet because she is just "such a great girl"...
I made a special trip just to meet her(drove over an hour and half)
And....sat around 1 hour past the appointed time, no email, no text and finally over an hour past the appointed time I get a rude ass text saying "Lol teheheh we ended up having fun and forgot"

Um yeah, fucking hilarious and very nice!

Ive been pretty fortunate lately, all the ladies have been spectacular, some days I have definately pinched myself... even days I walked out and wanted to scream "I just got _____")

Yesterday was the day that levels things out...

Wanted to finish what I started a few week ago with this one special provider and it just hasn't panned out... went to the hotel, waited (For almost a half hour)and found out something happend and she was unable to make it, I had to reschedule no biggie... I ended up seeing her in the lobby as I was leaving (she didn't see me) and wondered WTF? she looked stressed and upset so I just bailed and decided that without the full story it wasn't a good idea to say anything...

Then I went on a mission to help some (Providers and fellow hobbiest) folks out that really needed to meet each other...

This is where it went upside down... ever have one of those days where you can't seem to keep the txt's straight, or that you can't seem to get through traffic, when you maybe over extened yourself? yea that was me yesterday...

However in the middle of trying to bring some people together I suddently had a surprise (literally dropped in my lap) and I thought that I would take a few minutes (ok maybe 2-3 hours) for myself as I was unable to "meet" earlier in the day... and wow was it amazing the things I look for were presented right in front of me and I jumped (her bones) I was on cloud nine, got in the ride and checked the phone

F**K - some of the txt's got confused and now I had a very upset person on the other end... I even took full responsibility for screwing up and appologed profusly (even though it does take to two, I understood her frustration as driving in traffic for 2 hours sucks) and tried to make amends... but I guess it was one of those days that didn't seem to scale up... it was at best a "5"

I wondered if you anyone has those days where you really do mean to be a "gentleman", "nice guy", or "good boy", only to get a face full of resentment? (I am sure most of us have)

I have said in earlier threads that this hobby had given me so much I wanted to do something to give back... I foundo out in January that I may need to accelerate things a tad... so as I wrote my "bucket list" one line item was to "pay it forward" to anyone who helped you or is helping now no matter who...

Maybe that was too lofty of a goal...

I didn't want anyone to think I live with rose colored glasses on... sh*t does happen...

rehashing the past, whether it is recent or distant, on boards just tends to upset the other party and often backfires in terms of any cathartic effect for yourself.
