Can anyone tell me how to post a review without posting the  provider's phone number. The providers proffered way of contact is e-mail.

You can use 800-555-1212 as a phone number if the provider wishes not to release her phone number or, as you said preferres to be contacted first by e-mail.

emails in the reviews. The person that approves the reviews will usually noticed this, and will make the changes for you, and take the 555-555-5555 number off and will only list the email address.

I am certain the approvers review and understand.  They are fairly good with comparing to previous submits.
