Not that I am complaining but recently two ladies on date-check have verified meeting me who I don't know and did not request a verification from. Any similar experience?

...I've had providers verify me on Date-Check after I had seen them without my asking.  Maybe these two got you confused with someone else.

If someone is falsely running up their verifications that is a recipe for trouble. We count on the service for safety and discretion. Please don't ignore this!

Apparently it's easy to click the wrong button when they check out your profile.

I once asked Datecheck about paying for advertising and there wasnt that option (at that time at least). But they did say the more clients Im verifying or inviting to Datecheck the more visibility I have. Ill double check on that. Perhaps its a way to increase promotion.

Of course I would never verify someone I hadn't actually met!  

I look for at least 3+ recent date-check ok's otherwise I email his refs and ask if they personally vouch for the gent.

Date-check allows ladies to invite a gent she has seen to join for 90 days free. He starts with one verification and the enticement is to continue to use the service paying after the freebie is over. It is mutually beneficial. Perfectly fine and it is exactly how I started with my D-C membership.

It sounds like the OP was reporting that he was verified by a lady he never met (not invited to join after seeing her). That is very different and not at all cool. I'd be concerned that someone is running up her status without putting in the work. And as for the gent, he is moving up the ranks in the same fashion.

Higher levels imply a certain level of safety for all concerned in the encounter. Phonied up verifications aren't ok. Let date-check sort it out.

I'd never initiate giving a DC trial to someone i've never seen o_o
