First, I wonder if it is legal to engage in paid kissing and fondling that does not lead to sex in the USA or Maryland and Virginia specifically. Anyone know?

There used to be kissing booths at fairs but I think they were just for kids under 18 in more "innocent times".

Is anyone aware of anything like this existing in America? Do you think it is legal to post on craigslist looking for this type of paid activity?
