Are there any providers or agencies that offer real massages plus a happy ending? I want to get a nice deep tissue massage from a licensed individual but if I'm gonna pay for that I'd always want a flip. I've heard these agencies are mostly about the flip but I need to get some knots out. Anyone know of someone that fits the bill?

Jaida (here and on Erosdc) gives a very good massage.  Not Asian, and not sure if she is actually Licensed, but a good massage for sure.

There are a number of excellent massage therapist who also leave you happy, but usually have a very limited menus

Both of them I would say that the massage quality is worth going alone.  I would see both with or without the ending.  Note- both are fully cloth and very limited touching.  Both of which you can relax or have a nice conversation;  Virginia is more talkative.  

My choice would be Allya...TER ID 168717. She gave me a very good massage, and though not licensed knows exactly what she is doing.

She is also a beautiful lady and a full service provider. She might be a bit pricey and upscale if you are looking for an AMP experience, but she isn't any more so than some of the other recommendations you have received.
