Just get one of your friends to take them. I despise pro photoshopped pics, it's a let down when they are over done. But usually even good selfies lend to a better presentation in person, I like reviews that state the person they met looks better in person.

I have seen some of her work, and it was really good. I also know a lady that she did pics for and was told that the experience was really great.
