In addition many of us Agency owners have been talking about the declining overall quality of our applicants over the last 5 years. However out of fairness my clients who run businesses have the same bitch about their labor pool as well.

I couldn't tell you what's going on at BFM but I agree with Lee. It's always slow this time of year. As far as Victoria going Indy, she's done it before. So has Sofia and others. I don't think it means anything.
