Found this message on another board.  TER should be more proactive and let everyone know there are problems, but, at least they are aware and supposedly working on it...(see link to Atlanta Board)

I am being sarcastic of course.  Really, some of you seem to be going overboard on TER's site problems.

You guys do realize it's the nicest, warmest, sunniest day in months don't you?  So, go outside and enjoy the weather...enjoy the day...the TER issues will be resolved soon enough.

Reviews have probably saved me 100s of wasted hrs and $1000's of wasted money. Plus, I gotta admit I worry about do gooder hackers seeing messing with the site as a way to save us from ourselves .

The reviews aren't lost. If you look up by reviewer, the reviews are still there, simpluy not accessable by the provider profile...this can be fixed.

Fucking ridiculous; fix it NOW or close the effing thing down...I pay for this and am being screwed.  No excuse for ANYTHING being down this long.

Really.  You pay for a service and it's not there.  They should extend everyone's account by a day.  Will it happen? - Probably not.
