I don't see the problem. Obviously the mood has stricken and he's just trying to see who's available right now. For all we know, he could be part of P411, or datecheck, or RS2k, which would make screening very quick. I have p411 and have seen a provider within the hour of first emailing her because she happened to be already working in the area.

I don't think he wasn't going to provide reference info, just worried now about people not checking. Lots of rip off posts recently on both sides of the hobby :/
