If the provider has a website, you're halfway there. You're more than likely to receive some kind of service--but it may not be the provider in the photos. Last year I fell down the Rabbit Hole of a Filipina provider who used photos of another girl almost half her age. When I walked through the door, I knew I had been had. This girl had reviews and nobody seemed to notice that it wasn't really her.
