Can anyone suggest a D.C./Maryland area provider who might agree to perform while bound in rope or handcuffs.

I know a lot of people share my kink, but the only ads that mention bondage are from dommes, none from submissives.

Also: when I contact a provider for the first time, when should I bring this up?
