Does anyone know if you go to john school does your record get erased ?

Also can a potential employer get access to prostition arrest records.

1.  Best to ask LE the first question.  They can give a definitive answer.

2.  Any arrest is subject to public record, so yes, a potential employer can find out about any arrest you ever had, felony and/or misdemeanor, IF they are persistent enough to try.

but most of the ladies their 'Bridges' program addresses (streetwalkers, it looks like) are on a completely different planet from those that hang out on these boards.  I've met some of these 'ladies of the street' (*not* professionally, just chit-chat on the street), and some are little better than slaves.  No happy, honored artists.  Sad.  Anyone who encourages such abuse by patronizing these poor creatures *needs* some counseling, I think.

The link is interesting.  A lot of that information is informative.  However, it says nothing of any recent busts in the DC/NoVA/MD area.  You keep talking around the subject of these alleged waves of recent busts, but you still have no concrete links.  Get off the subject and stop blowing smoke.

Last week I posted a note on the Legal Board inquiring as to what exactly was going on in DC in view of all the messages. So far, nothing, no reponse. If we cant get any concrete information on any LE actions which are said to be taking place around here Im starting to have a hard time taking this issue seriously. Am I missing something?

I think if there had been a crackdown, it would be in the papers. It's hard to keep that stuff "under wraps" plus it's good publicity for the prosecutors.
