Do a news search of the Wash Post and the Journal papers. You will find dozens of busts in Virginia, several in Maryland, and none in DC except for streetwalkers and a few at oriental spas. The safest way to go is to see visiting well-reviewed hotties from Eros-DC.com. They are in and out, so to speak, and DC does not bother them. I am comfy playing twice a week, but rarely in Virginia.
