I play rarely.  LE is probably my biggest barrier.  As a rule do you feel more secure with an independent or an agency?

Do a news search of the Wash Post and the Journal papers.
You will find dozens of busts in Virginia, several in Maryland, and none in DC except for streetwalkers and a few at oriental spas.
The safest way to go is to see visiting well-reviewed hotties from Eros-DC.com. They are in and out, so to speak, and DC does not bother them.
I am comfy playing twice a week, but rarely in Virginia.

The answer (for me) is independent. But you need to pick someone who is meticulous at not being a chatty kathy and understands what discretion is. Can recommend a few it you want. make sure she has many reviews on TER -and they all are solid and none say anything about her being a gossip.

Lots of wonderful ones --go to eros-dc.com as a starting point and then make sure to cross-check the TER database and make sure they are independent's not agencies. Don't know what you like, so I don't want to make specific recommendations.
