...to get a follow-up "Thank you" via email or pm.  I am suprised, though, at how often this does not happen.  For me, those ladies who take a couple of extra minutes are always first on my mind for next time.  Just curious what others think.

.....every gentleman deserves a thank you note, or call; depending on his preferred form of contact.  A gentleman in DC has hundreds of ladies to choose from, and I always thank him for choosing to visit with me.

100% concur, I love it when I get a 'thank you' -- and I always send them, or if on the rare occasion I receive one, do reply.
