How does one report a NCNS?

Exchanged texts with provider, set up location and time.

An hour or so later, provider texted to text her when I'm on my way to the location which was nearly 45 minutes from my location.

I did that when I started from my location.  

Went there, asked for room number but got total silence in return.

After not receiving any reply to my texts, I called her number, got VM, disconnected, tried again after some time but now got number not in service message.

Such a shame. Buyer Beware!!  
Raises lot of questions including sting etc.

Problems happen but cutting off all communication is not the way to resolve them.

Did not know where else to report this? Can one submit a review with this NCNS?

Before someone concludes that I should have tried to contact provider to find out more information, please realize that the provider seems to have blocked my number and I cannot get in touch with her. Hopefully, she can come up with a good excuse. We'll see.

But we probably won't know hers. Did you did something shady?

If she didn't screen you, maybe a sting she got caught up in,

But if she blocked you, you may have crossed boundaries that she has.

 

Keep an open mind.

I provided her, in my FIRST text, my contact information, my TER id and the fact that I'm on the whitelist. Also, offered to provide my P411 ID (w/multiple okays) if she needed.

After that, apart from the texts that I mentioned, the only other texts we exchanged were regarding a suitable time and she asked me if I could come a bit early and I changed the time to suit hers. Never exchanged anything else, NOTHING.  

No mention about any specific service, nothing, absolutely nothing.

That is why I think I dodged a bullet. Feels more and more like a sting.  

Because no information other than the above were exchanged, why would the provider's phone first directed to VM and then "number out of service" message. No doubt this was intentional.

I agree there are 2 sides to every story and I'm perfectly willing to listen to the other side but how do I do that when the provider cuts off communication?  

Hence I thought of letting the community know. Remember, I'm also putting a target on my back while doing this and hope I get the understanding of the community and couldn't in good conscience keep such an information private.

Well well well.. this gets more and more interesting..

I guess provider has become aware of my post.  

And 5 hours after the scheduled meeting time, I just now got a text from her that states that she fell asleep and had no intention of standing me up.

So, while she was sleeping, her phone number first went to VM and then her number magically went "no longer in service",  mind you , I think people are smart on this forum and can see the inconsistencies in the statements here.

And after 5 hours, do I repeat, after 5 hours and after I posted the first thread, she finally woke up (I cannot thank god enough for the magic) and decided to text me to let me know that she overslept. I have no intention of either replying to her text or meeting her. She can find all that out here on the forum.

Go figure.  

I might keep this last text for some time as proof that I broke no boundaries and had tried my best to work with her to no avail.

Remember, it is not just providers who have to spend the time to get ready for a meet. Hobbyist do spend time as well (of course not as much as providers, I agree). But to clean all parts, facial hair, nails, shower and considering we are who we are, it is the effort that should count, right? Plus the time and effort

Absolutely understand that things happen but this one raised A LOT OF FLAGS for me and I'm not comfortable with the situation.

So I've done my part and provided this information. How you all take it, is up to you. I will learn from this episode and move on.

I'm not sure how Review History comes into play here. Are you suggesting that only Reviewers can be trusted and no-one else?      

Well, someone just now pointed out another line in this provider's reviews  - "after she collects the money she text someone". Guess I did not do my homework properly here.

Like I mentioned, people have the right not to agree with me and that is fine with me.

To put it out there that you may be right, but you may also have erred in some way. It can be very unnerving to not have closure, especially with such a sudden & silent dismissal.
I've been accused of being a cop because I accept ID for newbies or immediate screening for last minute appointments.
With her phone being out of service, it sure as shit sounds like she got in trouble in some manner, either sting, stalker, or threats. Who knows? Not me.

If you're available today or Sunday morning, I'd make myself available to try & make up for her NCNS.

I'd like to thank all of you for your comments either here on this thread and/or the ones you sent me via PM. I appreciate them because I know they came for one and one reason only, that is to assist me.

This has also been a learning experience for me on how to write about these things and i will definitely keep that in mind along with doing my homework a bit more diligently

Why people get so worked up over NCNS's......  

It happens, for any number of reasons and it is what it is. Both hobbiests and providers alike do it, so there is no denying that it's a reality. Could be she had an accident, perhaps she saw something she didn't like, or you said something to spook her, maybe her phone died, or maybe she just said I don't feel like meeting this guy... you wont likely ever know!

Whatever the case, you've still got whatever you were going to pay her in your pocket so go see someone else! Write a review if you can and include that in the details...

Really don't understand why everyone feels they need to jump up and shout at the top of their lungs that they were stood up, as if somehow it has caused them great pain and anguish!! Calm the fuck down, breath deeply... and move on. You don't ever need to contact her again.  

Is it frustrating... yes, is there anything you can do about it?? NO

rushed to make a date with the lady. (  I dont mean an hour notice but just not my normal routine)  

when I look back I'm glad  I didnt see them.
