So I was surfing through the reviews and I found this review of these providers in Dubai where two plain looking women cost the guy 3600USD for 40 minutes!!! The guy could have got flown to Europe (or even the US but that would have taken too long), met with a top provider and been back for much cheaper than 3600.

Well the currency they use in dubai is Dirhems not dollars and per the escort website that modeling fee for those models are 1600-1800 Dirhems which are close to $500.00 dollars. So he paid $1000.00 dollars......

so not sure how guys is saying he paid $3600 dollars.

Plus hamburgers are thirty five dollars in Dubai,so in comparison it seems reasonable to me..

It's not nice to make fun of poor people. I can bet my life's savings that as a percentage of monthly salary, I'm one of the highest spenders at TER.

I've been to Dubai several times during my military travels, and the cost of living over there is on the high side.  I never hobbyed in Dubai because I quickly figured out which bars are frequented by Gulf Air flight attendants....like fish in a barrel.

Are you for real dude? I was not making fun of any one. While it is obvious to most, let me spell it out for you. My suggestion of flying to Europe was not a practical one(unless he had a whole weekend off) but merely one to highlight how expensive things are in Dubai (Assuming that when numbers are quoted in TER with a $ sign next to it, it means Dollars and not Dirhams which has its own letters, AED).

So obviously, to most anyway, my point was not that the guy was wasting money but how he didn't have a choice but to spend so much. Hence my follow up on how we have so much choice here in DC.
