Gentlemen - When you see a lady who put in the effort up front with soft music, candles / mood light, sexy lingerie, and other mood setting items; do you truly appreciate it? Are you in the middle, its nice, but not whta your there for? Or is it effort that you just don't really notice that much?

Ladies, if you do these things in advance does it help set the mood for you? or it in hopes that it is noticed by the gentleman caller?

I always though that I would notice and appreciate this sort of effort; however, I recently saw a lady who wore very sexy lingerie, had soft music playing, and mood lighting; but the enthusiasm level was not super high, so my mind glossed over the initial effort and had a mediocre time. On the flip side, I saw another lady recently, who was wearing street clothes when I showed up, no music or any other pre-appointment effort; however, her enthusiasm level was super high, and I left there feeling on cloud 9. I would like to think that I am a guy who appreciates the effort, but these two experiences have me wondering

In addition

I have also had experiences, in which the lady I was with did put in the effort up front with music, lighting and such; and we hit it off with good chemistry. In these cases the extra effort was noticed, appreciated and very nice to enhance an already wonderful mood.

It'd probably mean more if she did that

for a special occasion birthday, job promotion. Otherwise, I would prefer to not have the romantic atmosphere etc.

I appreciate the effort

No preparation does not necessarily mean a poor session. And great prep does not guarantee as great session, but I think it does help and it is much appreciated.

I recently had an incall when the provider really spent time getting ready. From my P411 profile, she knew of some of my likes and prepared accordingly. She also had some nice wine, cheese and fruits. Her efforts in setting the stage, along with the outstanding playtime, pretty much redefined what I expect from a top-notch session.

There is something really hot, about a lady in a sexy pair of shorts and shirt. Especially if the shorts come off and there is nothing underneath.

I appreciate the efforts as well but

this type of setting is more appealing for a situation when one is spending time with the wife, girlfriend, or a lady you have feelings for. I notice but most of the time I don't pay much attention because my focus is on the companion as I appreciate her beauty more than the setting. It also works better when a companion has a great attitude and makes me feel appreciated and welcome. We guys need to feel desired too. When a companion is too business like and wants to be done with it as soon as possible I have trouble keeping my interest up. This does not mean the nice settings are a bad idea but should go together with enthusiasm and interest for the gentlemen caller.

I've had the same situation happened to me with a very sexy and attractive provider who would set a similar environment but her level of enthusiasm was not that great. It was always hard to have a good time.

I agree

The candles, music, lingerie, etc. are more for me than my client. Some like it very much but I think most of them could care less about the accessories and atmosphere. Certainly, most don't care about the music but for me, I have to have it. I have playlists just for appointments.
