I have never had a problem with such a request

Good afternoon! I find myself sitting here pondering this: When I worked with former agencies I was always told - NEVER ask a client for a review, even if it's more than clear that he's had the time of his life; because it was rude.  Now I'm independent, I'm curious -

How do you gents feel about being asked for a review?  And ladies - have you ever had a problem in asking for a review?

I have on occasion had girls ask not to be reviewed and that was just fine also.

I would not mind being asked at all. I understand how important having reviews is to establishing a client base. In fact, I don't mind being asked even if she already has reviews.

Being asked simply isn't an issue, if nothing else it shows confidence and confidence is sexy.

I had one provider i have seen multiple times ask me to review her friend who was new, then they both slept in the next morning and missed the appointment with me.  But never a problem being asked, so long as she understands I am going to play it straight.

I don't like being told what to write or what score to give...

If I have enjoyed my time with you, I will most certainly give you a good review. If I walked out of the room a little unhappy, then you bet you will see "why" in my  review.

now if we had a shitty time together, to ask for a review would be kind of awkward i suppose.

wouldn't this be the same as a hobbyist asking a provdier for whitelisting?

I didn't even think of it like that, and very good point! Thanks!

I don't mind being asked, and I usually ask first if it is okay.

Eight years ago, I met a very well-reviewed lady in Toronto who had her own website but was unaware of TER. When I mentioned her reviews and showed her the website, she was shocked and asked me how she could get rid of them. I told her how to contact TER and her (great) reviews disappeared about a week later. Ever since then, I always ask permission.

Both of my ATFs don't provide "extras", so I had to explain the ter "curve" to them, I.e., "I'd give you tens if I could, buuuuuuut..."

I've been asked both to post reviews and not to. I never had a problem with it.

I used to not judge ladies who requested a review, but in my experience those that asked me turned out to have inflated reviews.  So when someone asks me now I tend to actually be more critical of the session, I guess because I don't think it is fair for a provider to have inflated reviews.  So I guess my message is that you should be pretty sure your client was blown away before requesting a review.

I saw a gal this past fall, she had all 10's & really awesome sounding reviews so I was really anticipating this encounter. Got there, she didn't look nearly as hot as her pics, kinda plane Jane, that was strike 1. She smoked & her breath & hair stunk like cigarettes, strike 2. I scheduled a 2 hr appointment w her cause I just knew I was going to have such a great time. Needless to say after the 1st two strikes I'd lost my enthusiasm. Went through the motions but I couldn't get into it, chemistry wasn't there, I had trouble keeping a hard on & never even busted a nut. Whatever, no harm-no foul. No hard feelings or anything but as I was leaving she asked me if I could give her a review with all 10's, she said she'd had like 19 perfect 10's & wanted me to give her one so she'd have 20 perfect 10 reviews. I was completely floored that shed have the audacity to ask me when I clearly didn't have "the time of my life."  When I told her I didn't do reviews & wasn't one to kiss & tell she was an annoyed with me but but oh we'll. you live & learn & I learned that day that I got tricked by bullshit reviews on TER. I'll know better next time.

I always write a review and tell the lady upfront that I write reviews, in my view, they give a better performance knowing a review will appear soon.  And I carefully explain the TER extra points ratings; sometimes they will go for the extras - to get a higher rating - wonderful incentive.

but like others in the thread have written - expect an honest review.

I see what menus are offered though, and if their pics are legit. If they look good and are nice, I am good to go! Still, no home run 100%. I say that 70% of the encounters have been with very attractive ladies. ~30% so-so to okay. Only about 5 to 10% have been disappointing and not good. 70% is still pretty good I think
