Im a a complete newbie and this my first time doing this type of thing, but for some reason I can never get verifed by an agency . The recent agency i contacted wanted my ID with selfie, and work email or refrence, which I both dont have. Shouldnt my ID and selfie be enough for verification cause i just find my self in a never ending loop. The agencies are mostly K girl ones also. Just wanted to know if Im doing something wrong or am I just getting unlucky.
There are a couple of agencies that go to that extreme, but the middle ground, and most common these days, is ID + selfie.
Where the latter was the requirement, and you fulfilled their request, I can't fathom why you've been denied.
Try seeing some indies who are newbie friendly first - then you'll have references.
I don't bother with agencies generally, but if they require references then you don't have any other choice.

Giving Personally Identifying Information (PII) to any provider or agency is setting yourself up for trouble, such as blackmail. If you have anything at all to lose, DON'T DO IT. As a complete newbie, you'll need to build up references and whitelists, which can take a while. Your best bet would be to seek out providers who are newbie friendly, who tend to be newer themselves. Some providers, for a small fee, will agree to meet for coffee, etc. in a public place for verification purposes.
1. Get a p411 account. 2. Pick a couple local indies (not a traveler that won't be around for a reference) that have a history of being newbie friendly and give references. 3. See the 2 girls, treat them well and make an 'okay' request on p411.
Just like that, you've got 2 references and 'Basic +2' status on p411. You can then book others through p411. Some ask for more info, some don't.
It is currently the norm for agencies to require additional info. Some more than others. Don't do anything you aren't comfortable with. You can do just fine using only p411. But, know that getting in that door requires a ton of info too. The upside is that the servers are overseas and you only have to do it once. Read their info before deciding.
Also, get a burner phone & activation card. Pay for them w/ cash. TracF0ne doesn't require personal info. Use a VPN & separate secure email, like Proton.
There's other things to do. Just depends on how underground you want to be.

True. And what really gets me, and if it happened to me I'd get super pissed, is when they wait UNTIL YOU'RE THERE to finish their screening, before they spring on you "what race are you." I mean, WTF! The guy goes all the way to the incall and then he's asked?
I actually walked into a situation when I got to the room of a provider I was there to see. She was in a heated argument though not yelling, with a black guy. He had a foot inside her chained door blocking her from closing it, and she probably pulled that last minute shit on him. I say that because she did it to me after I texted "I'm here," so I had an idea what the issue was. Who knows how that would have developed if I didn't arrive. As it was, he called the cops, so I had to go through all that when they arrived... while I was fucking her.
If any providers are reading this: DO NOT wait until the last minute to finish your screening!

Just showing up caused him to back down. What I've always wanted to know is, how did he know her room number? There's a story there, I'm sure. I've always assumed that, with him, she forgot to ask him his race before giving him the room#.

The guy probably said he was a Caucasian, at which point she gave him the room number. Then, when he was outside her door, there was a problem. A number of providers have complained to me about guys misrepresenting their race.
I think with K-girls, your package is probably the bigger issue than your race. Their pussies are very tight and can't handle big cocks especially when they see multiple clients a day. Black guys are known to be the most well-endowed of all races Not trying to stereotype but there are multiple scientific studies on this.
