She appears to change her name and phone number several times. I am uncertain if this is the same provider in the BackPage ad you provided. I have provided one website that is permitted on TER, but, I cannot include the other websites that shows her other phone numbers. However, her reviews shows her other phone numbers. And that review stated that it is her real pictures.

Google this phone number exactly as is "(317) 441-0376" and you will find many different ads of her. The only thing I find different is those ads is the age, state that she is 19 years old, this the BackPage ad you provided shows a provider that is 22 years old and with a different phone number.
